la struttura è immersa nella campagna ed è ottima per chi vuole relax, far passeggiate nel verde o sport come equitazione o ciclismo. parcheggio gratuito, ristorante e piscina interna. Un solo problema: se durante il vostro soggiorno viene celebrata una festa di matrimonio, accertatevi che vi diano una camera silenziosa. Noi eravamo in tre e la nostra amica, che ha dormito nel letto in salotto, ha avuto difficoltà a addormentarsi a causa della musica e del rumore della festa. Al check-out il personale, gentilissimo, ci ha offerto uno sconto per scusarsi.

Fantastic resort to stay in, rooms lovely with very comfy beds and cleaned every day. We stayed for 5 nights the bistro food was lovely we never ate in the restaurant but it did look nice. The spa area was great lovely pool and sauna, gym available but slightly disappointed as it didn’t have a running machine. Robes and towels are available at reception however every time I asked for a robe none were available apparently this was due to the laundry service which the hotel used. Not a problem though as more towel’s were provided. Breakfast was amazing, great choice of hot and cold food available. All in all a fabulous experience. Would definitely recommend.

Starting with a warm welcome at the reception, then checked into a well maintained and super clean room with good amenities, a good shower and a super comfortable bed. Relaxed in the beautiful Spa and finished with one of the best breakfasts ever experienced. Highly recommended

Lovely surroundings. The hotel simply needs a revamp. I went there thinking castle and big price tag it must be amazing. I missed that feeling.

The room had a broken window, chipped walls, old/brocken armchair. No refrigerator in your room and no minibar. Bathrobes and slippers rental... used and ripped apart! Cold water in the pool. No jacuzzi! What they call jacuzzi is a joke.

I loved this place! We were in Vaals for a wedding. What a beautiful area and a lovely place. Comfortable beds and rooms spotlessly serviced every day but what set it apart for us were the staff. Everyone seemed to make a special effort to be pleasing. Especially all who worked in the bar; what fun! The late hours appreciated in such a quiet location. I had a fabulous 80 minute (!) facial with Likes ( sorry as I’m sure I have that spelled incorrectly) at a very reasonable rate. Found myself wishing I could sprnd more time there which I was not expecting.

Nice area. All okay - but no free elektro-charger. Charger ONLY with special CARD to use - no registration by smartphone possiböe - could NOT load my car!
